For the body

Our most popular Cosmetic Surgery (Plastic surgery) procedures for women are Breast surgery: We offer the following treatments and procedures. Performing thousands of breast operations per year we offer natural beautiful results and we are delighted that most of our patients come to us via recommendation.

Breast Enhancement (Breast augmentation). Breast enlargement is the most common form of cosmetic surgery performed in the UK (sometimes referred to as a Boob Job). Small breasts or breasts that have decreased in size or changed shape after childbirth can be a source of anxiety to many women. Breast enlargement uses plastic surgery techniques to make the breasts bigger adjusting their shape and symmetry.

Breast Implants - There are currently two different types of implant available - silicone and saline and many different sizes and shapes.

Silicone implants are widely used as they give a more natural shape and feel. Your Cosmetic Surgeon will advise you on the most appropriate implant for you and discuss issues specific to the implants such as capsular contracture and when you need to change the implants. The size of the implants varies with some women opting for smaller implants and some opt for big breast implants - the most common size is a C/D cup. Breast reduction This procedure can restore proportion to a woman's body and give patients self confidence to live life as they wish. Cosmetic surgeons may need to reposition the nipple and areola to give the breasts a more natural appearance.

Breast uplift (mastopexy) This cosmetic surgery procedure involves the removal of excessive skin from around the breast to create firmer and more pert breasts. Some patients take the opportunity to have a breast enlargement at the same time as this procedure.

We also offer breast surgery for men. This Cosmetic surgery / Plastic surgery procedure for men is known as Gynaecomastia Male Chest Reduction.

Liposuction Surgery Liposuction is the removal of excess fatty tissue to reshape the body. It is not designed as a treatment for obesity and people who fall into this category will need advice on diet and exercise. In women, liposuction can be carried out to most areas of the body, commonly the abdomen, hips, buttocks, inner and outer thighs, knees and double chin. New techniques can help sculpt smaller area such as the Chin and Knee Liposuction. Now 25% of Liposuction procedures are performed on men, with the most common areas being abdomen, flanks ('love handles'), chest and double chin.

Tummy Tuck / Abdominoplasty Surgery Excess skin and fatty tissue are removed through an incision which extends across the abdomen, usually from hip to hip (across the bikini area) and the damaged abdominal muscles are repaired. A benefit of this procedure is that the entire abdominal muscle wall can be tightened, usually with permanent sutures, to give you a firmer result and flatter tummy (even if you didn't have a flat tummy previously).

For the face

Eye Bag Removal Eye bag removal procedure will make the eyes look younger by smoothing and firming up the lids, reducing the hooded appearance and removing under-eye pouches.

Face/Neck Lift A face lift & neck lift involves the skilful and careful removal of excess facial skin from the neck, chin and cheek areas, under general anesthetic. The Surgeon may also tighten the underlying muscles and reposition the facial tissue. A Brow Lift may also be performed.

Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty) The size, shape and length of the nose can all be altered through a nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) operation. The scars are usually all internal and therefore not visible. If the nostrils are to be reduced, there will be minimal scarring which is well hidden in the nostril crease.

Ear Reshaping (Otoplasty) Ear reshaping (Otoplasty) is one of the oldest Cosmetic Surgery procedures - with a history that dates back to the late 19th century. It is a straightforward procedure, which can give you a new confidence in your appearance.
