New Cheryl Cole pictures spark breast implants rumours
Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole is “likely” to have had breast implants.
The news follows photos released of the singer that show off her bosom in a low-cut dress she wore to a London restaurant last week.
Cosmetic surgeons are convinced she has undergone the operation to boost her cup size.
“It looks very likely that she had a breast augmentation,” surgeon Angelica Kavouni said. “She clearly uses a push-up bra but the edge of the implant is visible. It is often the giveaway in very slim individuals – even if the implant is placed under the muscle.”
However, Cole’s representative told Star magazine that she hasn’t had breast augmentation, and that the X Factor judge’s fuller breasts are due to recent weight gain.
“She has definitely not had any cosmetic surgery. Yes, her body shape has changed since the start of this year, but that is simply because Cheryl has put on weight over the past few months,” her representative said.
Still, Kavouni speculates that Cole has had the surgery.
“I think she has round implants, which makes the edge more visible,” said Kavouni. “Teardrop implants are more natural but, of course, the breast projection is less.”
Cole wouldn’t be the first X Factor judge to go under the knife for cosmetic surgery.
Fellow judge, 36-year-old Dannii Minogue, is popularly known to have had a breast augmentation, and has been rumoured to have undergone a rhinoplasty and dermal fillers.
And former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne is well known for her numerous procedures including liposuction, a facelift and a tummy tuck.
