Soap star Pargeter opens up about cosmetic surgeries
Soap star Lucy Pargeter, often described as one of the sexiest women in the soap world, has come out talking about her cosmetic surgery procedures.
Pargeter recently had liposuction to get rid of her stomach fat. The 31-year-old Emmerdale actress is still recovering from the procedure and says she’s planning more treatment – including a second breast implant surgery.
“I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve had anything done – it’s just something I had to do,” Pargeter said in the Sun. The actress had her first breast surgery done ten years ago.
“I had the stomach treatment two weeks ago and I can see a change already,” she said. “Next it’s a new boob job – as soon as I can get the time off, I’ll be doing it.
“I’m having a complete MOT – including airbags!”
Pargeter has admitted that she’s not comfortable looking at herself or being naked. The size-eight soap star was bullied about her weight as a child and battled bulimia as a teenager.
“I’m just not completely happy with the way I look,” she said.
After giving birth to her daughter, Pargeter underwent liposuction treatment to help flatten her tummy after diet and exercise didn’t help her lose the weight she had gained.
“I lost most of the weight by being careful about what I ate and working with a personal trainer. But it wouldn’t shift from my middle,” said Pargeter.
Pargeter also said she might also choose to have Botox injections again.
