Celebrities reflect trend for natural looking breast surgery

Natural looking breast surgery is topping the list of celebrity must-haves this year, with more women in the spotlight choosing to undergo breast reductions for a natural looking chest.

Glamour model Jordan, previously known for her breast enhancements that sent her cup size ever higher, decided to go for a breast reduction in Los Angeles last year, and other celebs are following suit.

Kerry Katona recently underwent a complete cosmetic surgery makeover, including bringing her once ample bosom back down. (more…)

Kerry Katona maintains lucrative deal after life makeover

In spite of previous predictions, Kerry Katona will remain the face of supermarket Iceland, after impressing the company with her dedication to turning her life around.

Following her disastrous appearance on This Morning last year, rumours swirled that the reality star would lose her £250,000 contract with the high street chain.

But the 28-year-old has been given another year-long contract, though it comes with a small pay cut.

The news follows Kerry’s dramatic weight loss, which saw her lose four dress sizes and six stone. She went from 14 stone to eight stone in nine months, following £15,000 worth of liposuction last summer. After her surgery, she also changed her eating habits. (more…)

As the UK dips into recession, some cosmetic surgery choices are bucking the trend and remaining popular.

New research from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) has found that the number of breast enhancement surgeries in Britain has increased by 30 per cent in the past year. (more…)

Research warns that herbal remedies could complicate cosmetic surgery

New research has shown that cosmetic surgery patients who take anti-depressants or herbal remedies before some cosmetic surgery procedures could be putting their health at risk.

Published by Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the research shows that patients should not use herbal remedies and supplements for up to a fortnight before surgery. Taking these herbal remedies before surgery could lead to adverse reactions to the anaesthesia during the surgery. (more…)
