Stepping out on the town with a fresh, wrinkle-free face, Madonna has sparked rumours that she’s aging well with the assistance of cosmetic surgery.
Madonna stepped out with her pal Gwyneth Paltrow this week looking far younger than her 50 years. She attended The Last Emperor premiere held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. (more…)

New reports are showing that the trend towards large, heavy earrings is inspiring women to turn to a new cosmetic surgery.
Cosmetic surgeons are noting that they’ve seen an increase in demand for earlobe reshaping surgery, and they believe the trend is due to women wearing large, heavy earrings. (more…)

New numbers have shown that breast augmentations have come out on top of American cosmetic surgery trends in 2008.
Breast surgery eclipsed liposuction as the procedure of choice for American women last year. The survey from the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery found that many women are now choosing to exercise in order to get rid of excess fat. (more…)

I have to say that over the years, Mother’s Day has become more important to me. I mean, when I was younger I liked taking my mum breakfast in bed and giving her a handmade card, but it’s only now that I’m an adult myself that I think I know what it is I want to say thank you for. Cosmetic surgery is becoming more popular among senior citizens, according to a new report.
The revelation, from American marketing director and cosmetic consultant Ana Phelps, shows that women aged over 55 are embracing cosmetic surgery. Phelps says often these women have lost spouses and are planning to re-enter the dating scene. (more…)

After all the rain, wind and snow we’ve had this winter, it’s about time the sun started peeking out. And with March now well underway, I’ve started to think about getting into shape for the summer. I’m sure we’re all dreaming of the hotter months and what we’ll get up to. Leisurely lunches in beer gardens, weekend picnics in parks, and my absolute favourite – days at the beach. And with beaches comes the bikini – uh oh! As always happens, I’ve spent so much time under layer after layer this winter that I’ve forgotten all about taking care of myself. But the summer sun leaves little to the imagination so I’m planning to step up my beauty routine in the hope that the sun will step up its efforts too! (more…)
