In the news today we saw that Hungary is launching a beauty pageant especially for people who’ve had plastic surgery. I was blown away, until my friend reminded me that it isn’t the first time anyone has tried this – China did something similar a few years ago. Still, it all sounds pretty funny to me. (more…)

A new beauty contest has been announced for Hungary which aims to celebrate good looks achieved through plastic surgery as well as natural beauty.
Dubbed the Miss Plastic Surgery pageant, the new competition asks contestants to submit their medical records along with their vital statistics when entering. (more…)

As I think mentioned earlier this year, one of my friends is soon to get married and I’ve been having a lot of fun this summer helping her with the preparations. From helping her mum choose which non surgical solution to help her get ready for the big day (she had Botox in the end) to going dress shopping (which is just as much fun as it sounds), I have to say that I’ve been swept up in the excitement of the whole affair and now I can’t wait for the big day.
