MTV music awards starts cosmetic surgery rumours

gs410082This year’s MTV music awards have sparked further rumours of stars such as Britney Spears choosing to have cosmetic surgery procedures.

Spears, 29, who won the Video Vanguard Award and the award for the Best Pop Video, and Lady Gaga, 25, winter of the Best Female Video award and Best Video with a Message award, were the two celebrities causing the most stir. Gaga recently denied that the horn-like lumps on her head and shoulders were artificial and denies having had a nose job, despite before and after pictures strongly suggesting otherwise.

Breast surgery and liposuction top list of most popular procedures

78630156More than 70 per cent of women aged between 18 and 30 want to have plastic surgery.

This is the finding of a study commissioned by More! magazine, which also found that 49 per cent of the 1,000 women asked said they were planning to have cosmetic surgery in the near future.

X Factor’s Kitty Brucknell had liposuction to look like Britney Spears

Brucknell, who wowed the judges with an acappela version of Lady Gaga’s Edge of Glory, was voted through to boot camp despite her strange antics.

Star of Teen Mom tweets to thank surgeon for breast implants

Woman TextingFarrah Abraham, star of MTV’s reality television show Teen Mom, has used Twitter to reveal how happy she is with her breast implants.

Yesterday, the 20-year-old tweeted her plastic surgeon, Dr David Finkle, to say: “My implants are doing wonderful. I get compliments literally all the time. You did a wonderful job!”

Amy Childs used to wear five chicken fillets before boob job

101192564Celebrity Big Brother housemate Amy Childs has admitted on air that she used to wear up to five chicken fillet bra inserts in her bra before she got a boob job.

The 21-year-old, who made a name for herself by appearing in the first and current series of ITV2’s reality television show The Only Way is Essex, has never made a secret of the fact that she has had breast enlargement surgery. She is said to have boosted her cup size to a D.

Cher spotted trying to turn back time with face mask

77005820Singer Cher, of Sonny and Cher fame, has been spotted wearing a face mask while in the back of her chauffeur driven car.

The 65-year-old, who has never made a secret of her bid to stay looking forever young, was spotted in the passenger seat of the Bentley with a white face mask on. Paparazzi snapped her through the window of the car as it was driven through central Malibu, California.

This is according to American plastic surgeon Milind K Ambe MD, of Newport Beach Plastic Surgery Clinic, who says that he is more than happy to help his patients get the breasts they want without restricting what they can wear on the beach.

Darryn Lyons displays cosmetically-enhanced six pack on celebrity Big Brother

e00012293Paparazzo Darryn Lyons has revealed the results of a cosmetically-enhanced “six-pack” on this year’s Celebrity Big Brother.

The reality television show, which has moved from Channel 4 to Five this year, is renowned for creating controversy and Lyons’ cosmetic surgery has certainly raised a few eyebrows. Lyons, 46, who was born in Australia but works full-time in the UK, took his shirt off in front of fellow housemates to reveal a washboard stomach.

Market research firm Global Industry Analysts believes that the anti-ageing market will grow from $80bn to more than $114bn in the next three to four years. This is based on the increasing desire of people “seeking to keep the dreaded signs of ageing at bay”.
