Top Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie claimed in a recent interview she’s not had any cosmetic surgery – despite numerous rumours to the contrary.

The star is well known for her stunning good looks, and the last few years have seen Angelina surrounded by speculation when it comes to her ability to stay so beautiful. Actor Billy Bob Thornton, known for his silver, tufted hair and un-manicured look, is rumoured to have turned to non surgical treatments in a bid to look a little younger.

The Daily Mail speculates that the actor, best known for his role in the blockbuster Bad Santa, may have combined line- and wrinkle-erasing dermal fillers such as Botox, along with dying his trademark grey locks brown, in an attempt to win more coveted Hollywood roles. (more…)

A recent study has suggested that while intelligence is instrumental in securing a successful career, good looks can also play a part in clinching promotions or pay rises.

The research, published in the American Psychological Association’s Journal of Applied Psychology, questioned a group of 191 people aged between 25 to 75 years on topics ranging from income to levels of confidence and educational achievement. WAToday reports that respondents were also required to undergo intelligence tests and their attractiveness was measured by the study team. (more…)
