Australia’s Dancing With The Stars host Sonia Kruger has come out saying she’s embraced non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

The 43-year-old host has revealed that she’s dabbled in cosmetic surgery procedures including Botox, and that she sees no problem in improving on nature.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Kruger said: “They asked me if I wanted to give it a shot, maybe it was when I was on 11AM, and I said what the hell.” (more…)

Pop superstar Kylie reveals help from Botox

Popstar Kylie Minogue has admitted she’s had cosmetic surgery in order to delay the signs of aging.

The songstress said she had Botox injections to ensure that her face remains wrinkle-free. The 40-year-old Australian also hinted that she may have chosen to undergo other cosmetic procedures.

According to the List, Minogue told Elle magazine: “I’m definitely not one of those people who says, ‘You shouldn’t do this.’ Everyone individually can do what they want. I also think it doesn’t have the stigma that it had when I was growing up. (more…)

Cosmetic laser treatments see record rise in US

The popularity of cosmetic laser treatments in the USA has seen record rises over the last three years, according to new data from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS).

First Science.com reports that AACS cosmetic surgeons have seen a 456 per cent rise in men and a 215 per cent increase in women opting for laser resurfacing. This laser procedure is designed to minimise wrinkles and facial lines.

What’s more, laser hair removal treatments are now the second most performed non-invasive procedure in the country, following Botox injections . (more…)
