Women in Wales have been found to be the most likely in the UK to choose cosmetic surgery, with 10 per cent of women in the country having had some form of cosmetic treatment.
The largest survey ever carried out concerning plastic surgery questioned 5,000 people around the UK, to identify the trends of different regions. The Telegraph reports that the survey was carried out by OnePoll for the website Safer Cosmetic Surgery, set up by UK surgeons who subscribe to common safety standards. (more…)

A new study has found that 80 per cent of women are now choosing smaller breast enlargements, opting for a more natural cup increase of one or two sizes.
Liz Dale, director of the Harley Medical Group, told the Sun that women are increasingly choosing B or C cups when undergoing cosmetic surgery. Ms Dale said: “This is a significant trend in the past year. (more…)

TV personality Ulrika Jonsson reveals her satisfaction with the cosmetic surgery that has given her a new lease of life.
The Swedish star has reportedly undergone £11,000 worth of cosmetic surgery and says that for the first time in decades she is happy in her own skin. The Daily Mail reports that the mother of four lacked confidence in her appearance from a young age and that she felt that her last pregnancy took its toll on her body. (more…)

Mrs Beckham has reportedly undergone surgery to replace her famous DD implants with a rather more conservative size B. While this operation would cost rather than save money, the reduction may boost her prospects in the fashion industry.
