Just look at some of the pop stars out there defying popular opinion and wowing us – they’ve still got it and can hold their own against budding starlets. Cher, one of the most popular female singers of the last half century, showed off her elegant cosmetic surgery enhanced body this weekend at a performance in Las Vegas.

The vocalist wore her iconic black body-suit revealing her excellent 62 year old figure. The skimpy, sequined costume first caused a stir at a concert in 1992 when Cher was 45, but her most recent outing in the body suit shows how successfully she’s been able to turn back time and maintain her youthful silhouette. The star of popular film franchise High School Musical, Ashley Tisdale, is rumoured to be considering breast augmentation.

Tisdale is already known for the multiple rhinoplasty surgeries she’s had since starting the film series. Now, the 23-year-old actress is rumoured to want to undergo a breast enlargement. (more…)

Here’s a searching question for all you beauty queens: how old were you when you first started wearing make-up? I begged my mum to buy me some eyeliner when I was eight but it wasn’t until I was 14 that she let me dabble with her make-up. She let me buy my own soon enough after that- sorry for ruining all your favourite lipsticks mum. I can understand why she tried to hold me off now; after all, she just wanted me to enjoy being a kid for as long as possible. But, as I continued to long for that first splash of black (or purple!) on my lids or that subtle hint of rouge on my cheekbones, the mesmerising thought of wearing make-up and “being grown-up” never left my mind. Cher’s residency at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas continues to thrive, as do reports that the legendary music diva could have had more cosmetic surgery.

The 62-year-old self-proclaimed “plastic surgery poster girl” announced in February this year that she had signed a deal to perform 200 shows over the course of the next three years, and returned to the stage in May sporting a new, polished face. (more…)
