As the world feels the pressure to downsize, Victoria Beckham proves that she too is not immune. This, however, refers to cup size rather than finances.

Mrs Beckham has reportedly undergone surgery to replace her famous DD implants with a rather more conservative size B. While this operation would cost rather than save money, the reduction may boost her prospects in the fashion industry. Survey reveals breast enlargement patients choosing smaller increases

A new survey has shown that breast enlargement patients in Britain are increasingly opting for smaller, more subtle increases.

The research, released by the Harley Medical Group, shows that 75 per cent of women who have undergone a breast augmentation procedure in the last six months chose to rise just one or two cup sizes. (more…)

Patients working overtime to fund cosmetic surgery

Increasing numbers of cosmetic surgery patients are working overtime to fund treatments, according to a new survey.

The research, undertaken by the Harley Medical Group, shows that the current economic downturn has forced a number of patients in the UK to take on a second job in order to pay for cosmetic surgery.

The group said that 22 per cent of its patients from 23 UK clinics said they had worked overtime in order to pay for an operation – a number up 11 per cent from six months previously. (more…)
