Veteran model Janice Dickinson hit the headlines today thanks to a rather revealing outfit that left very little to the imagination. The 56-year-old flaunted her very thin figure and the results of breast enlargement surgery in a short, tight, gold dress, as she partied at New York’s District 36 nightclub last night.

As well as breast implants, Dickinson readily admits to having had other cosmetic surgery procedures, including a tummy tuck, face lift and neck lift, Botox and liposuction surgery.

She looked confident with her body as she posed for photographers outside the venue, and once inside danced the night away with the help of a couple of bottles of Moet champagne.

In an interview with Closer magazine last year, Dickinson said: “There’s no such thing as too much.”

“Whatever it takes to make an individual feel better, I’m all for it. In my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months.”

Janice Dickinson, described as the ‘world’s first supermodel’, is still enjoying a successful career well into her 50s. Janice recently bared all in a nude photo shoot for a celebrity magazine, and has reaffirmed her love for cosmetic surgery helping her hold on to her looks.

Janice told Closer magazine that she was all for people having cosmetic surgery and treatments if it made them feel better about themselves. The 55-year-old reality star had her first breast enlargement at 32 and said she has been a fan of cosmetic surgery ever since.

“Then in my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months,” Janice added.

Explaining the secret to her size six figure, Janice revealed that she follows a strict diet and exercise regime. “I have to make sure I exercise and that the ingredients that go into my body are completely organic,” she explained.

“I relax, meditate and do 80 minutes of yoga every day. I hike and make sure everything I eat is organic. I eat steamed fish, chicken and turkey, plus salads, carrot juice and supplements.”

Discussing whether she would consider further plastic surgery in the future, Janice said she is always happy to receive advice and revealed she is considering having the skin on her neck tightened.

Janice Dickinson is currently filming Celebrity Rehab in the United States, and told viewers they can look forward to seeing a touchy side to her.

“I’m going through the menopause and it’s hell. I’m on hormone replacement and I get sweats,” Janice revealed.

The self-proclaimed “world’s first supermodel” first achieved fame in the fashion industry in the 1970s and 1980s.
