Supermodel Twiggy says she’s open to cosmetic surgery

While supermodel Twiggy says she hasn’t had any cosmetic surgery herself, she does not condemn it and might be open to procedures in the future.

The sixties icon, born Lesley Hornby, has retained her good looks as she approaches her own sixties and says that her sensible diet and exercise plan is to thank for her still trim figure.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Twiggy said: “Subtle work can make some people look better. For instance, if I’d had a big hooter, surgery would have made me feel and look better. But some people go to ridiculous lengths.” (more…)

Sharon Osbourne encourages celebrities to admit to plastic surgery

Former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne has criticised celebrities for not admitting to cosmetic surgery.

Sharon, who is a well-known fan of cosmetic surgery, insinuated that Botox injections were the reason behind Nicole Kidman’s forehead – which she likened to a “flat screen TV” – even though the Australian actress has always denied undergoing any aesthetic surgical procedures. (more…)

Toyah supports women keen to undergo cosmetic surgery

Former 1980s punk singer Toyah Wilcox has come out in support of women who are keen to undergo cosmetic surgery, five years after she underwent a facelift.

The 50-year old star has stated that she wrote her book, Diary of a Facelift, in 2005 in an effort to show women the importance of finding a licensed cosmetic surgery practitioner.

According to The Sun, she said: “Getting a good surgeon took time because back then no one would talk openly about their surgery. (more…)
