New figures have suggested that an increasing number of women are choosing to have boob jobs in advance of their wedding day.
It’s also been found that brides-to-be are increasingly considering cosmetic treatments such as breast enlargements as investments.
A new study has found that cosmetic surgery is becoming increasingly common among brides and grooms who want to look their best on the big day, with more than half of all brides-to-be in the UK considering surgery as part of their wedding plans. (more…)
As I think mentioned earlier this year, one of my friends is soon to get married and I’ve been having a lot of fun this summer helping her with the preparations. From helping her mum choose which non surgical solution to help her get ready for the big day (she had Botox in the end) to going dress shopping (which is just as much fun as it sounds), I have to say that I’ve been swept up in the excitement of the whole affair and now I can’t wait for the big day. A couple of weeks ago, I blogged about how full my schedule has been recently – and it doesn’t look as though it’s set to calm down any time soon! But I shouldn’t be complaining, because not only am I busy doing lots of things I love – like going to the gym with my friend who’s getting married and the rest of the bridesmaids (yes, she asked me to be a bridesmaid too!) – but we’ve even had some gorgeous weather recently. Phew. It’s been a busy couple of weeks for me and it looks like it’s only about to get busier. One of my friends from high school has just announced that she’s getting married at the end of the summer! She’s been with her boyfriend for years and years, so we’ve all been half expecting them to announce their engagement. None of us thought it would be such a short one though. (more…)
