Loyalty Card
- Have five single Non Surgical treatments and receive 10% of the cost back (up to the value of £250) to put towards your next treatment with us.

This offer does not apply to any treatment programmes or packages.
- Patient treatments are deemed eligible on presentation of the Loyalty Card. This must be completed by the clinic at each patient treatment. Cards cannot be completed retrospectively (for example when a card is forgotten)
- The card is valid from the date of your first treatment and must be redeemed within 3 years of this date. The discount must be used in full against any one Non Surgical treatment or package. The card is non transferable and no cash equivalent is applicable
