Terms and Conditions Apply
- The completed voucher must be submitted by the recommended friend.
- The referral programme is only open to patients who have undergone a Surgical or Non Surgical procedure within the past 36 months.
- Rewards will only be made following the verification of the completed procedure by the new recommended friend and the correct name of the recommending patient.
- The name of the recommending friend must be given at the time of initial consultation prior to the commencement of the procedure going ahead.
- The Harley Medical Group reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
- The "Recommend a Friend" voucher must be completed by a Harley Medical Group employee, signed by the recommended friend and sent to the Clinic Manager for approval.
