Our founded-on care approach is at the heart of everything we do. This is why we made the decision to temporarily close all our clinics back in March, putting the health and safety of both our clients and employees as our number one priority.
Since then, we’ve been ensuring that our clients still receive the high standard of post-operative care whilst in the safety and comfort of their own homes with regular contact for our team of experts.
We also wanted to take a moment to recognise and praise many of our medically trained colleagues who are bravely supporting the frontline in the fight against COVID-19. Without their dedication, along with the heroes of the NHS, volunteers and other frontline workers, we wouldn’t have the inspirational army of carers tackling this horrible virus that we are facing.
With care at the heart of the business, we have donated all surplus PPE equipment to the NHS to help keep medical staff safe and have also returned our unused oxygen canisters back to the supplier so they can redistribute back to the NHS where it is needed most.
We look forward to welcoming our clients back into our clinics as soon as it’s safe for us to do so. And when we do reopen our doors, we will have extensive safeguarding measures in place to protect our clients and teams. As all of our clinics as registered with the Care Quality Commission, we always ensure that the health services we provide are entirely safe, effective, compassionate and delivered with the highest-quality of care.
From of all of us at The Harley Medical Group, we hope that you and your families will continue to stay safe during this time.
