This means you can speak to one of our trusted experts from the comfort of your own home, either by telephone or video appointments, saving time and money whilst helping to put your mind at ease in a familiar environment.
Our virtual consultations can be up to 45 minutes long, ensuring any questions you may have can be answered in detail. During this our friendly patient advisors will also run through your medical history, your desired goals and outcomes as well as outlining the level of support we offer pre and post surgery.
From your initial enquiry through to your aftercare and your safety is our number one priority. Whatever method you choose you can be reassured that you will receive the highest quality expert care and advice.
Booking your virtual consultation is as easy as 1,2,3! All you need is a stable internet connection and a Zoom account.
Step 1 – Fill out the form or call us on 0330 838 4292 to arrange a free, non-obligation consultation.
Step 2 – We will confirm the date of your consultation and your preferred method, whether this be virtual or in-person at one of our many clinics across the country.
Step 3 – If you opt for a telephone consultation we will call you on the scheduled day and time. If you opt for a virtual consultation you will need to have access to a stable internet connection before clicking the link you will receive in your email to join the call via Zoom.
One of our experts will then take the time to understand your requirements and discuss your medical history, what to expect and the next steps. They will also of course be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Laura is the first point of contact for anybody attending the clinic to discuss a surgical procedure at The Harley Medical Group in Liverpool. Laura has over a decade of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry and keeps up to date on the latest industry knowledge and trends.
Jade has worked within the Cosmetic Surgery industry for 6 years specialising as a Surgical Counsellor whilst working alongside many extremely skilled reconstructive and cosmetic surgeons, chaperoning surgeons and even observing the procedures within theatres. Her experience and knowledge allows her to take each patient along their life changing journey, answering all of their questions from the start. Jade feels very privileged to be a strong form of support to her patients and to help them achieve what they have always wanted. Giving patients back their confidence is the most rewarding part of her role.
Sophie is a fundamental member of the team having worked at The Harley Medical Group for ten years. During this time, Sophie has gained and developed an enhanced knowledge of cosmetic procedures and is happy to answer any question big or small. Her calming and reassuring nature makes patients feel both safe and cared for, and ensures she is on hand to address each patient’s individual needs throughout their journey with us.

They will also go through your medical history and the patient journey at The Harley Medical Group, so you understand next steps and the level of care we offer. We are here for you from the beginning of your journey and our experts will go through in depth and answer all your questions.
How to prepare for a virtual consultation?
Just like a face-to-face consultation, we recommend researching the procedure you are interested in and writing down any questions that you may have. So we can achieve your goals, you may also want to look at our before and after pictures to help you decide which surgeon and procedure is right for you.
How do I join a video consultation?
We will send you an email with a link to a Zoom meeting invitation. Please check you have this link for the scheduled date, we will send it no later than 24 hours before your appointment is due.
You can use Zoom from a mobile, tablet or computer and an account is not needed. If using a mobile or tablet you will need to download the Zoom app ahead of the consultation. Once the app is installed, you will be able to join by following the link we send.
