Mr Nicholas Morris completed his undergraduate medical training in 1984 at St Mary’s Hospital Medical School. Dr Morris then started postgraduate training in London and became a Member of The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1991. Following membership, Dr Morris completed senior specialist training in London and achieved the Wellbeing Training Fellowship. In 1995, he then continued his research during as a Clinical Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and at the University of Cambridge.

He practiced as an NHS Consultant at Central Middlesex Hospital between 1996 and 2005 and was a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at Imperial College. During this time, Mr Morris was awarded several research grants and published his research in peer-reviewed journals. He has also been heavily involved in teaching throughout his medical career, and was awarded the Overseas Doctor Association prize for mentoring in 2004.

In 2007, Mr Morris was elected a Fellow of The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, indicating his significant contribution to the speciality and maintenance of an excellent standard of clinical practice.

Over the past 20 years, Mr Morris has also practiced privately in London specialising in genital reconstruction surgery and the management of pelvic pain and endometriosis. Through Mr Morris’ pioneering work in genital surgery, he has developed a repertoire of skills in vaginal and vulval refashioning that provide him with the skills to perform complex cosmetic surgery. In 2017, Nicholas was one of the first providers of a cutting-edge treatment for vaginal atrophy and vestibulitis - The Mona Lisa Touch.

Beyond the operating theatre

Nick is married to a dentist and has 2 adult children. He is a tennis fanatic and interested in sailing. He established a co-existence Tennis charity in the UK 2 years ago (The UK Friends of Freddie Krivine), and is currently the UK chair. He also plays violin and really enjoys theatre and music.
