Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has revealed that she'd like to look like Joan Rivers - one of the biggest advocates of cosmetic surgery in show business - when she gets older. In an interview with Heat magazine, the 38-year-old said: "I want to look like Joan Rivers. I don't see the point in growing old gracefully."75-year-old Rivers is known to have undergone multiple facelifts, a rhinoplasty and eye bag removal surgery in the past. She's also a big fan of wrinkle relaxing injections like Botox - a treatment that Holden is no stranger to either. Speaking about her first ever Botox treatment, she said: "I could see the make-up artist having to cake over the creases around my eyes more and more and I just hated it. It was really starting to annoy me and once I'd noticed it, that was it." Holden's initial experience with the wrinkle relaxing injection occurred before the first series of Britain's Got Talent aired in 2007. Today, the TV personality's attitude to Botox is similar to that of her fellow judge, Simon Cowell. She said: "I agree with Simon Cowell. [Botox] is like cleaning your teeth - maintenance. It's like getting your roots done." Holden also said that she will have fillers injected to smooth over lines around her mouth when she's older, claiming: "I think everything starts drooping around 45 so I know I'll succumb." However, while she will readily admit to receiving Botox injections and possible other cosmetic treatments in the future, Holden said she was "p**sed off" by the Daily Mail's recent allegations that she had collagen injections in her lips - a procedure that she says never occurred.
