Arlene Phillips has revealed that she is considering having more Botox for TV roles. The former Strictly Come Dancing presenter said she "probably would" have the treatment again, and has stated her support for women choosing all forms of cosmetic surgery, telling Good Housekeeping magazine: "If something works, go and do it is what I think."The 66-year-old star was the centre of ageism controversy last year, when she was replaced as host of Strictly Come Dancing by the series' former winner, 30-year-old Alesha Dixon. However, Arlene has proven that she's intent on holding on to her career so she can continue to share her passion for dance. She also revealed she considers having more Botox each time a new TV opportunity arises. "Every time I'm about to do a TV thing, I think: 'You know, I could just have...'" she told Good Housekeeping. "I have this real good facial treatment with revolving massagers from Spain called Indiba. I'm one of those people who will read a magazine and if it's not too pricey, I'll try it." Arlene revealed more of her tips for women to hold back the years, including a strict diet and healthy exercise regime. She explained: "I swim a lot. I'm very conscious about what I eat. My body has never been one that allows me to eat even an average amount. "So I really understand it when people say they put on weight easily. I have to be very strict and limit what I eat. It's a lot of fruit and constant salad."
