Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra has revealed she is not against plastic surgery – as long as people undergo it for the right reasons. In an interview with the Hindustan Times daily newspaper, she said she is pleased with the way she looks and does not feel as though she needs to resort to cosmetic procedures to enhance any part of her looks. This is despite many people criticising her in the past for not being a “conventional-looking actress”. Chopra went on to say that if other people want to undergo plastic surgery it is their choice, as long as it does not turn into an unhealthy obsession. "I am not against plastic surgery. If it helps build self-esteem, I don’t think there is anything wrong with it. But if it becomes an obsession, that can be a problem,” she said. The star added that she felt blessed to have the features she was born with, despite having been given the nickname ‘Piggy Chops’ by her co-stars in the 2005 film Bluffmaster!.
