Book sparks new cosmetic surgery rumours for Angelina Jolie
16 March 2010A new book reveals more insights into the life of Hollywood's most famous couple and claims that Angelina Jolie has undergone more cosmetic surgery than was previously thought. Herald Sun reports that the book, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie: The True Story, claims that Angelina underwent plastic surgery in her youth, including a number of nose jobs and laser eye surgery to correct her vision. That's not to say that Angelina's more famous assets are the result of surgery, however - the book's author, Jenny Paul, says Angelina's lips are genuine and not the result of fillers. As well as these cosmetic surgery rumours, the book also makes claims that Angelina's room in Kenya was raided because the police suspected she was smoking cannabis, though nothing was found. Even more shocking, Jenny Paul claims that Angelina had an affair with ageing rock star Mick Jagger while he was still married to Jerry Hall. Whether or not these rumours are true, 34-year-old Angelina and her husband Brad Pitt are continuing to provide a role model for people choosing cosmetic surgery to achieve their ideal appearance. Last month saw holiday photos sparking new rumours that Angelina may have recently had a face lift, due to tell-tale scars behind her ears. The opinions of leading cosmetic surgeons were more conservative however, suggesting that the actress' smooth complexion may be the result of Botox, or just due to her low body fat.
