Celebrities reflect trend for natural looking breast surgery
30 January 2009Natural looking breast surgery is topping the list of celebrity must-haves this year, with more women in the spotlight choosing to undergo breast reductions for a natural looking chest. Glamour model Jordan, previously known for her breast enhancements that sent her cup size ever higher, decided to go for a breast reduction in Los Angeles last year, and other celebs are following suit. Kerry Katona recently underwent a complete cosmetic surgery makeover, including bringing her once ample bosom back down. Even curvy pop star Britney Spears is said to be considering reducing her chest size, saying that she'd like to be able to fit back into her slinky stage costumes. And according to the Sun, Victoria Beckham is rumoured to have gone under the knife for a natural chest look. Cosmetic surgeon Alex Karidis told the Sun: "From looking at recent photos of Victoria Beckham I think she may have opted for a smaller implant. They have more of a slope at the side and are much flatter. It's possible her implants have changed." Recent reports have also indicated that cosmetic surgery trends are leaning away from larger breasts in the general public too, with an increasing number of women in the UK choosing to boost their breast size by just one or two cup sizes. What's more, breast surgery is still the most popular cosmetic procedure in the UK, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Their recent figures show that the number of breast enhancement surgeries in Britain has increased by 30 per cent over the past year.
