Cher's residency at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas continues to thrive, as do reports that the legendary music diva could have had more cosmetic surgery.

The 62-year-old self-proclaimed "plastic surgery poster girl" announced in February this year that she had signed a deal to perform 200 shows over the course of the next three years, and returned to the stage in May sporting a new, polished face.

According to celebrity news site, Make Me Heal, Cher's first ever cosmetic surgery procedure was a rhinoplasty, an operation which she underwent after first seeing herself on film.

She also admits to having a breast augmentation shortly after her first child, Chastity Bono, was born in 1968. Commenting on why she decided to go ahead with the augmentation, Cher said: "Oh, because [my breasts] got so much bigger after Chastity was born, and I couldn't bear to see them deflate."

In addition, Cher is said to have undergone numerous facelifts to retain her youthful appearance, as well as blepharoplasty to eliminate her under-eye bags.

Various line and wrinkle treatments, like Botox and Juvederm, have been essential in maintaining her smooth, wrinkle-free visage as well.

It is also rumoured that Cher a tummy tuck and liposuction to get rid of the immovable fatty deposits that build up with age.

As she returns to the Las Vegas stage, Cher - along with the likes of 75-year-old comedian Joan Rivers - appears to be one of Hollywood's leading plastic surgery advocates. She is reported to have said:

"Everyone says I am terrified of getting old, but the truth is that in my job becoming old and becoming extinct are one and the same thing."
