Cheryl Cole has been revealed to be considering further cosmetic surgery to remove her 'Mrs C' tattoo after separating from husband Ashley Cole earlier this week. According to STV Entertainment, the X Factor judge said she is looking to have treatment to remove the tattoo "as soon as possible." Tattoo and scar removals can now often be achieved with the help of new laser treatments. A source close to Cheryl told the Sun: "Cheryl regrets having the tattoo done in the first place. "As far as she's concerned, there's no going back and she wants to remove any trace of Ashley as soon as possible." Cheryl rose to fame under her married surname after marrying footballer Ashley Cole in September 2004, but it seems she may now regret having changed from her birth name Cheryl Tweedy. The source said Cheryl "doesn't want to be reminded of her cheating ex every time she turns her back to the mirror," and explained that "as soon as she has a gap in her schedule, she's going to start having the laser treatments." The former Girls Aloud singer is no stranger to plastic surgery, with recent photos suggesting Cheryl may have had fillers to plump up her lips as well as earlier rumours that she had a boob job and nose job, while also keeping her complexion wrinkle-free using Botox. Cheryl has always advocated cosmetic surgery honesty and said she would not lie if she had treatments carried out.
