American actress Gwyneth Paltrow has claimed that skincare creams and a good beauty regime help to preserve her youthful and vibrant look, but cosmetic surgery experts are not so sure. According to a report by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the 39-year-old, who is known best for her roles in Sliding Doors and The Talented Mr Ripley, is believed to have undergone surgical procedures in recent months. It has been suggested that Paltrow may have undergone minor rhinoplasty surgery to widen her nostrils. In addition, the report said other treatments the star may have had include eye and brow lifts, as well as laser surgery and chemical peel treatments. But writing in her newsletter, Gloop, the actress maintains that her looks are down to the use of natural skincare products made by a British firm. She said products which include "natural, high-quality ingredients", including a moisturiser, bath gel and an active anti-wrinkle serum are the secret to her complexion. Paltrow admitted: "I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I'm here it's so great because I don't have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that."
