Ageing Scottish singer and self-confessed Botox user Lulu has topped a list of celebrities whose looks are thought to have improved over the years.

The 59-year-old Scottish pop star is known to have undergone Botox injections in the past to smooth over facial wrinkles. She also hasn't ruled out further cosmetic surgery in the future to maintain her youthful visage.

In addition to Botox injections, Lulu credits a healthy and active lifestyle - which includes regular walking, yoga and even salsa dancing - as the cornerstone of her quest to look younger.

Other female celebrities that made the list include Madonna, who is rumoured to have had a facelift in the past, Dannii Minogue - a past breast enlargement patient - and Sharon Osbourne.

Over the years, Sharon Osbourne has been known to have undergone a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures, including liposuction, a facelift, a brow lift, a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, in addition to a number of procedures designed to remove sagging skin from her body after a period of weight loss.

Women who faired less well in the survey include Faye Dunaway, Judy Finnigan, Pamela Anderson and Ulrika Jonsson, who claimed this month that she was planning to undergo breast reduction surgery to minimise her GG breasts.

Another Scot, Sean Connery, topped the list of men who have aged the most gracefully. Other male celebrities who had the cut included actors Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and George Clooney, who admitted undergoing eye bag removal surgery (blepharoplasty) last year.
