This week's Grammy awards ceremony saw the biggest stars in the music business dazzling crowds, many of them with a little help from cosmetic surgery.Celebrity plastic surgery website Make Me Heal suggested that nose jobs were on display by singers such as Beyonce, Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas' Fergie, while Mary J Blige showed off a possible boob job by wearing a revealing dress. Beyonce is rumoured to have undergone several cosmetic surgery procedures, including rhinoplasty, breast enlargement and liposuction. Plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn agrees that the singer may have had a nose job, stating: "It does appear that her nose has been thinned to look more elegant. It matches her face well, is not overdone, and overall looks great. She has extraordinary grace in front of the camera." Other celebrities left little doubt in the minds of leading surgeons that they had certainly gone under the knife. 23-year-old Lady Gaga took home the award for Best Dance Recording for her song Poker Face, and cosmetic surgeon Dr Paul S Nassif believes the singer has undergone a nose job. He explained: "Lady GaGa definitely had a rhinoplasty. It looks a little pinched, but not bad." Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is the performer rumoured to have undergone the most surgery in her long career. The 34-year-old is reported to have had a nose job, breast augmentation, brow lift, Botox and cheek and chin implants.
