Actress Courtney Cox has shown her support for non surgical cosmetic treatments that make people feel better about themselves and discussed her use of Botox in a recent interview. Speaking to InStyle magazine, Courtney explained that she uses Botox sometimes and that she is not against slowing the ageing process down with similar treatments. She said: "Aging gracefully is one thing, but trying to slow it down is another."I don't have a problem with any of that stuff; if it makes you feel better about yourself and it's done properly, then fine." Discussing Botox specifically, the star described a time when she overdid the treatment and said she preferred to use Botox more sparingly than many. She also admitted that getting older has impacted the way she feels about her look, adding: "I pressure myself about my looks: I'm getting older and noticing a lot of stuff." However, currently starring in Cougar Town - a show about a recently divorced woman dating a younger man - Courtney is considered an actress aging with aplomb and confidence. Courtney also revealed that couples therapy is partly responsible for the continued success of her 14 year marriage to David Arquette. "It's easy for people to just coexist, especially when you have such different interests and work lives. You have to make an effort to stay connected, and that's something we work at," the actress explained.
