Courtney Thorne-Smith may have had plastic surgery for Melrose Place return
21 August 2009The forthcoming return of popular 1990s TV series Melrose Place has seen original star Courtney Thorne-Smith appearing refreshed and full of new life, sparking discussion that the star has had cosmetic surgery to help retain her youthful appearance. Make Me Heal observes that the 42 year old actress appears to have had wrinkle relaxing treatments to create a smooth complexion and remove crow's feet and fine forehead lines, but Courtney may have undergone further treatments to enhance her natural beauty. Photographs released in recent years have led experts to speculate that the star may have undergone eye bag removal and brow lift procedures, raising her nose slightly and smoothing her jawline, causing the star to appear 20 years younger. New York plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston says: "Courtney Thorne-Smith looks great and I think it may be from a combination of weight loss, Blepharoplasty and Botox. Also, her new fresh hairstyle frames her face nicely and gives her a very young look. In my opinion her surgeon did a great job with giving her a natural result." Courtney has not yet been slated to appear in the new series of Melrose Place, but a guest appearance in her popular role as Alison Parker is surely on the cards to please long-time fans and introduce the star to a new audience. Her role in the sitcom According to Jim proves that Courtney is still a talented actress and more than capable of looking great on camera.
