Demand for eyebrow lifts increases by 17% in 2013
29 January 2013New research has revealed the number of people having eyebrow lifts in the UK increased by 17 per cent in 2013. Figures from a leading British plastic surgery organisation showed that 1,812 people underwent this procedure last year as it is a common way of fighting some of the signs of ageing. Eyebrow lifts were not the only form of surgery to take an upwards turn, as the popularity of eyelid surgery increased by 13 per cent, as did face and neck lifts. Perhaps even more surprising was the fact that demand for breast augmentation which is the most popular cosmetic procedure in the UK declined by 1.6 per cent last year.Breast augmentation is ideal for anyone who is unhappy with the size and shape of their breasts, as it can not only be used to increase them, but make them more symmetrical or reverse the effects of pregnancy or ageing.
