New photos have sparked discussion over whether or not Angelina Jolie has had cosmetic surgery, with several leading surgeons saying that the star might have undergone cosmetic treatments to her face.Make Me Heal reports that the 34-year-old actress was rumoured to have had a face lift last year, after photos revealed tell-tale scars behind her ears. However, Angelina's appearance at the BAFTA awards ceremony earlier this year, as well as recent photos from a trip to Venice, have got tongues wagging that the star may have had more plastic surgery in 2010. Cosmetic surgeon Dr Elie Levine said that it appears Angelina has "received Botox to her face and likely her neck," due to there being no crow's feet around her eyes and her forehead being smooth. Other surgeons believe that Angelina may have had more invasive procedures such as a facelift, with Dr Brian Glatt stating: "Angelina appears to have had a procedure done to tighten her lower face, neck, and jaw line such as a mini or lower facelift." But others still think that there may be a more natural explanation behind Angelina's new appearance. Dr Lyle M Back believes that Angelina's appearance may be due to her low body fat, explaining: "Body builders love to employ a variety of techniques to get their skin looking this thin so that the judges can actually see the striations and fiber lines in their muscles through their skin."
