Access to finance and flexible payment plans is helping younger people to maintain their appearance with surgical and non-surgical cosmetic work. While the trend in previous years was for more older people to have cosmetic procedures, an increasing number of younger men and women are now opting to have treatments such as laser hair removal, breast implants and dermal fillers.South Korea was named this week as the country where the most cosmetic procedures are carried out per capita, and a survey of women in the capital Seoul found that one in five between the ages of 19 and 49 had undergone surgery. According to Dr Kailesh Solanki, from health website, the availability of monthly finance plans has made cosmetic surgery an option for more young people, allowing them to improve their confidence. Asked about the most requested treatments, he said: "Breast implants and liposuction are the two most popular treatments, which involve enhancing the size and shape of the breasts and also the removal of excess fat through suction." In America, chin implants are said to be the fastest growing cosmetic surgery trend, going by figures released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. See original story here:
