It’s common for skin to feel dry and look dull during the winter. But don’t panic yet because there are some simple ways to give your skin a boost – and it’s all down to what you eat.
- Pumpkin Seeds
Rich in zinc and selenium, pumpkin seeds are great for your skin. Eat them raw to take full advantage.
- Sweet Potatoes
Packed with vitamin A, sweet potatoes are great for moisturising and Anti-Ageing. Why not switch your usual spuds for sweet potatoes and see if you notice a difference in the appearance of your skin.
Cucumbers are full of water which is great for boosting your skin’s hydration levels. They also leave your skin glowing on account of them being rich in minerals.
Packed with essential fats, avocados are a great remedy for dry skin and have been proven to aid brain function and weight management.
