Stepping out on the town with a fresh, wrinkle-free face, Madonna has sparked rumours that she's aging well with the assistance of cosmetic surgery. Madonna stepped out with her pal Gwyneth Paltrow this week looking far younger than her 50 years. She attended The Last Emperor premiere held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Though the friends differ in age by 15 years, Madonna appeared to have fewer wrinkles on her face compared to Paltrow, who insists she's cosmetic surgery free. Rumours are now swirling that the Material Girl has had dermal fillers and Botox injections in order to smooth out the lines around her eyes, cheeks, mouth and neck. It's not the first time speculation has surrounded the pop star when it comes to plastic surgery. The Daily Mail has reported on her skin treatments in the past. Earlier this month it was reported that she could have undergone a new procedure called the 'ribbon lift.' After appearing glowing and youthful at the Academy Awards ceremony this year, experts speculated that she could have undergone the new treatment, which provides results similar to a face and neck lift. The surgery places a dissolvable ribbon into the neck to lift the tissues. Paltrow isn't immune to cosmetic surgery rumours in the media either. After appearing curvy and voluptuous on the cover of Gotham magazine, tongues were wagging that the self-proclaimed au-naturale star could have undergone breast enlargement surgery.
