Harley Medical ambassadors help launch Olympic traffic rules awareness drive

24 May 2012

Great Britain's London 2012 beach volleyball hopefuls brought the capital's rush-hour traffic to a halt this morning. Morning commuters were treated to the sight of the four team members – Shauna Mullin, Zara Dampney, Denise Johns and Lucy Boulton – taking their morning warm-up out onto the lawn in front of Parliament Square. Shauna Mullin and Zara Dampney, who also feature in the Harley Medical Group's latest advertising campaign for its laser hair removal services, were in the centre of London to help publicise a new online service to help drivers and transport company officials plan for the changes to the capital's road network which will be in place during the Olympics.Road signs will be erected along routes which are expected to be worst affected, while drivers who park or stop on roads designated part of the Olympic Route Network will face £130 fines. Only one of the two pairs of girls is guaranteed a place at the games, and the beach volleyball games will take place on Horse Guards Parade between July 28 and August 12.
