Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden is at the centre of cosmetic surgery rumours once more, after her noticeably larger pout caused a stir during a night out in London this week. The 39-year-old star was photographed dining out at the fashionable Zuma restaurant in Mayfair. The Mail Online reports that her lips appeared fuller both in the centre and at the edges, causing speculation that she may have had fillers. Amanda has not yet commented on the photos, but last year she denied having lip fillers after similar rumours surfaced during an episode of Britain's Got Talent in March. She stated: "I'd never have my lips plumped, that's the one thing I wouldn't have done." The mother-of-one previously revealed in 2008 that she has had Botox to reduce wrinkles in her complexion, telling the Daily Mail: "Yes, I have had Botox. "I was out in South Africa filming Wild at Heart last year and I was constantly frowning in the sun. I noticed crow's feet coming and that's when I had it. "I don't know a single person who has not had something done." Discussing whether she would consider more plastic surgery on her face, Amada said: "For now, Im going to experiment with non-invasive treatments." Speaking to STV in January, Amanda revealed that she is most concerned with tightening the skin around her eyes, saying: "Although I have good genes, the eyes are always the first to go in our family."
