While the stars of Hollywood may most often hit the headlines for cosmetic surgery treatments designed to turn back the clock, there are a significant number of stars who choose procedures while still under 30. Rather than plumping for cosmetic treatments that make them look younger, these stars are typically looking for ways to fix a problem or defect that is affecting their confidence. According to Peace FM Online, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Fleming also explained his belief that some starlets choose surgery as a way to improve their career prospects. He said: "The primary reason that people choose surgery is to help maintain a career where your looks are an important signature as to how you are perceived by the fans and general public." The list of young stars who have chosen to improve their looks with cosmetic surgery include Ashlee Simpson, who changed her whole look when she had a nose job in 2006. The 26-year-old singer said: "I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it [should be] for yourself, not for anyone else. Everybody always has an opinion One minute theyll love you; one minute theyll hate you. When you go home to sleep at night, [the important thing] is to feel good about yourself. And I do." Megan Fox is another star under 30 who is at the centre of cosmetic surgery gossip. She is said to have had her nose reshaped, her breasts enlarged and Botox - although she has not admitted to any of these treatments. Rumours also surround the Olsen twins, with many believing the pair have had matching nose jobs and plan to have matching breast enlargements in the future.
