So weâve finally sorted out our LBDs for the Christmas office party, but with many a social event kicking off during this festive seasonÂ itâs a womanâs prerogative to look her best from head to toe â but how exactly do you go about achieving those perfect pins?
Personal trainer to country music singer Carrie Underwood, Tony Greco, recommends a variety of workouts â combining squats and lunges along with a balanced diet of carbs, fats and proteins. But what if you wanted to look as buff as Jessica Simpson in THAT pair of Daisy Dukes? Her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, suggests doing around half an hour of cardio five times a week that gives your legs an intense workout â such as climbing the stairs, running or cycling.
Itâs a well-known technique that adding a bit of glow to your skin can help you appear slimmer, so with some clever makeup trickery, you can make your legs look leaner and blemish-free (one great tip includes dabbing on some leg bronzer to cover up any freckles or spider veins).
