Red carpet visualLegendary actor Jane Fonda has showcased her sleek, ageless physique at the premiere of Inside Llewyn Davis at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. On Sunday, the 75-year-old wore a custom-made, off-the-shoulder ruched Badgley Mischka jersey gown that highlighted her toned, fat-free figure. The previous evening she wowed the festival red carpet in a body-skimming turquoise Versace dress.Fonda, who overcame two decades of anorexia, bulimia and exercise addiction, says she is finally at peace with her body. “When I was 45, I was going through a 20-year battle with anorexia and bulimia,” she said. “I think it was just a matter of deciding that I was either going to live or die. I went for the light. I went for living.” The Oscar winner has been open about her plastic surgeries over the years. Fonda had a facelift in her forties and another one in February 2010. She also got breast implants during her thirties and recently had a chin lift as well as surgery to remove the bags under her eyes. “Good genes and a lot of money [are my beauty secrets],” Fonda joked. “Being able to have good skincare, facials when I need it [has been important]. I’ve also had plastic surgery. “I made sure that they kept my lines. I didn’t want to lose my wrinkles; I just wanted to lose the bags under my eyes. I don’t like it when it’s overdone, but we do live in a time when, if you can afford a good doctor, you can have subtle plastic surgery.” A workout fanatic her entire life, she added that exercise is her number one fitness and beauty secret.
