Once voted the sexiest woman in the world by the readers of FHM Magazine, it seems unlikely that screen beauty Jessica Alba would feel insecure about her looks. However, in a revealing interview the 'Sin City' and 'Fantastic Four' actress revealed that she had once considered having a nose job and has been wracked with body insecurities since the birth of her daughter, Honour Grace.Speaking to GQ Magazine, the starlet admitted that whilst she hadn't considered line and wrinkle relaxing dermal fillers, preferring to age naturally instead, she had considered turning to nose reshaping surgery in order to better compete with her Hollywood peers on and off the red carpet. "I was beginning to think I need a nose job," Alba said candidly. Whilst the flaw-exposing flash of paparazzi cameras is admittedly daunting, Alba confessed the pressure to alter her facial features had stemmed from her concerns that, without the help of plastic surgery, she would not be cast for coveted roles ahead of starlets who had cosmetically enhanced their features. Revealing that many starlets secretly turn to cosmetic surgery in a bid to look flawless, Alba said, "It's nuts how many nose jobs are going on here [Hollywood] at the moment." The actress also revealed that whilst she had stripped down to her underwear in new movie 'Machete', she was particularly conscious of her post-baby body, perhaps indicating she may yet consider a 'mummy makeover'. "My breasts are saggy, I've got cellulite, my hips are bigger...every actress out there is more beautiful than me." Alba said.
