Kerry Katona maintains lucrative deal after life makeover

In spite of previous predictions, Kerry Katona will remain the face of supermarket Iceland, after impressing the company with her dedication to turning her life around. Following her disastrous appearance on This Morning last year, rumours swirled that the reality star would lose her 250,000 contract with the high street chain. But the 28-year-old has been given another year-long contract, though it comes with a small pay cut. The news follows Kerry's dramatic weight loss, which saw her lose four dress sizes and six stone. She went from 14 stone to eight stone in nine months, following 15,000 worth of liposuction last summer. After her surgery, she also changed her eating habits. She has revealed that, though she eats her favorite foods on weekends, she lives on a diet of Bran Flakes, salad and protein shakes during the week, as well as plenty of water and green tea. According to the Daily Mail, a source from Iceland told the Mirror that the bosses: "are delighted with the way that she is looking and acting now." Kerry underwent a roller coaster year in 2008, when she was forced to file for bankruptcy and also checked into rehab. Recently, Kerry showed off her new body at the David Gest Dinner in Liverpool, where she also boasted the benefits of her other cosmetic surgery procedures, including a breast reduction. Her cosmetic surgery procedures were all filmed as part of her MTV reality show, Whole Again. Kerry has noted that she is happy with her cosmetic surgery and that she would not rule out going under the knife again in the future.
