Reality TV star Kerry Katona showcased her post-cosmetic surgery body last night at the MTV Music Awards in Liverpool.

Earlier this year, Kerry underwent liposuction and a breast reduction, in a bid to reduce her GG cup size to a DD.

The 15,000 surgery was filmed as part of an MTV documentary about the star, entitled Kerry Katona: Whole Again.

Since her surgery, the 28-year-old has been making headlines across the country. In October, she took part in an exclusive photo shoot with men's weekly, Zoo magazine.

The former singer has spoken favourably of the results of her cosmetic surgery procedures. Last month, she told Zoo magazine: "I cried at first because I was so shocked. I love it...

"I feel sexier, my confidence has come back and everyone keeps telling me how amazing I look, which is really cool."

She was also seen talking about her cosmetic surgery on ITV's This Morning, giving rise to health concerns when she began slurring her words.

At last night's MTV Awards, Kerry wore a belted, ruffle-detail black dress that showed off her post-surgery physique to full effect.

The Daily Mail states: "The mother-of-four smiled as she struck pose after pose for the cameras, her fresh-faced appearance recalling her heyday in girl bank Atomic Kitten."

She also presented the award for Best Video Star to rock band 30 Seconds to Mars.

The annual awards ceremony was hosted by "I Kissed a Girl" singer Katy Perry, who is suspected by some experts to have undergone breast augmentation surgery.
