But the truth has now been revealed: the 32-year-old reality TV star's rounded bottom has allegedly been enhanced but by means of liposuction, rather than implants. At least that's according to the Las Vegas Guardian Express, which quotes Kim's own words from the reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians from 2011, in which she said that, if she had undergone a buttock enhancement, "wouldn't it be dimple-free?".The truth has been uncovered by Life & Style, which is publishing an edition titled The Making of Kim Kardashian. In it, a source reveals: Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt." However, Ms Kardashian has constantly denied undergoing any cosmetic surgery, with the exception of Botox. Both her ex-husband, Damon Thomas, and plastic surgeon Dr Michelle Copeland say she has had cosmetic treatments, with Thomas claiming she has undergone breast enhancement surgery, and Copeland claiming that she may have had a type of implant fitted which would not show up on any X-rays.
