Model Holly Madison owes career to cosmetic surgery
03 September 2009Model and reality TV star Holly Madison has revealed that she believes she owes everything to cosmetic surgery. The former Playboy model said that her life was transformed following a nose reshaping procedure and breast enlargement. Miss Madison, 29, recently starred in hit reality TV show Girls Next Door and said that cosmetic surgery gave her the confidence to pursue the career she dreamed of and imbued her with a level of self-assurance. According to news site, examiner.com, Miss Madison said: "Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. "Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way." The model also explained that she was not planning any more surgery in the near future, but she would consider it if she felt it necessary after having children one day. Miss Madison is currently starring in a burlesque show, dubbed Peepshow, at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.Jenny McCarthy, another former Playboy model who has carved a TV career for herself, has also been in the news this year regarding cosmetic procedures. This spring she revealed that she loves Botox. Last month, Hills star Heidi Montag also announced that she turned to Playboy magazine for inspiration when considering her own breast enlargement procedure, saying that she wanted to see the best before deciding the look she was hoping for.
