Ryan Reynolds sings the praises of sunscreen

stk103307corGreen Lantern star Ryan Reynolds has vouched for the importance of sunscreen to protect from harmful UV rays – keeping your complexion in perfect condition is just a bonus. While Reynolds, 36, hasn’t commented on what products he uses to keep his skin in top condition, he vouches for proper sun protection techniques. He even starred in a public service announcement about how to protect yourself from the sun to fight melanoma."Know what's hot? It isn't melanoma," said the Canadian actor, who was once married to Scarlett Johansson. High performance broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection – such as Harley Medical Group’s Enhanced Performance SPF25 – provide an effective protective barrier against the elements while rejuvenating the skin. Some incorporate ingredients such as shea butter, which is rich in vitamin A, E and F, especially designed to nourish the skin and prevent premature aging. Another celebrity with excellent skin, Jennifer Aniston, has admitted to using Botox. But she tries to stay away from overly invasive procedures, opting for laser treatments instead. She was inspired after noticing sun spots on her skin. “I’m fascinated by skin, products, and lasers. I go on the internet and read all about it,” she said. "I was getting a couple of these sunspots because I like the sun... and it's a hard habit to break... [so] I went and investigated having some of those little things zapped and I did this thing like a peel.”
