Simon Cowell has told interviewers that he is happy using Botox to smooth the appearance of wrinkles, and believes the treatment is "just like cleaning your teeth." "Of course I've had it," the star judge told The Mirror."For me it's like cleaning my teeth - something makes your teeth whiter or something stops you having lines." The 50-year-old music mogul said he plans to continue using the wrinkle-relaxing injections in the foreseeable future, but does not currently have plans for further cosmetic surgery. Talking to fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan on his Life Stories TV show, Simon explained the importance of choosing natural plastic surgery procedures. "I think you've got to be very careful as a guy, in particular, that you can end up looking really, really weird," Simon explained. He also said that he did not see himself as vain, and viewed Botox as an everyday part of life, saying: "I look after myself, I eat well and stuff like that but I wouldn't call myself super vain, no." Simon has long been an advocate of Botox, telling Post Magazine last year that everyone he knew had had the treatment - except Cheryl Cole. The interview will be shown on ITV1 on Saturday beginning at 9pm, and will also see Simon speaking openly about his feelings for his make-up artist fiancée, 36-year-old Mezhgan Hussainy who Simon has described as "the one."
