Alison Moyet has appeared on stage to show off her svelte figure following a dramatic weight loss programme. The former member of 80s band Yazoo performed the Grace Jones classic Slave to the Rhythm at the Albert Hall last night as part of The Prince's Trust Rock Gala, which aims to raise money for disadvantaged young people. Moyet was joined by fellow singers Boy George, Joss Stone and Pete Townshend, as well as comedian Tim Minchin and presenters Patrick Kielty and Edith Bowman.According to a report by the Daily Mail newspaper, Moyet took to the stage wearing a figure-hugging black maxi dress. The singer has admitted to having gained and lost weight a number of times during her career, as well as to having cosmetic surgery back in the 80s. Moyet underwent a breast reduction procedure in 1989 which took her from a G cup to a D. She said in an interview back in 2009 however that she was unlikely to undergo further cosmetic surgery.
